I have several friends who are complaining about their baby weight/fat. They are hilarious stories and I love these people dearly. You know what I've learned? They are said out of ignorance to our situations. Truly, they are clueless and so they relate some story they know about "someone like you" as a way of relating. I guess I'm just learning that their ignorance is just another way for us to extend grace. I know, it should be the other way around, but in this upside down world, it's not. :( Anyway, praying you'll find a way to respond to their ignorance in truth and love.
